Hi makeup lovers!
welcome to my first review, and I'm sure you've all seen this lovely item, from Carli Bybel and bh cosmetics? well I placed my first ever order with Bh cosmetics a couple of weeks ago, and let me tell you, I am in love! this palette is amazing, especially for its price point, I purchased it at $12.50, which to me for such a great quality item, is a bargain!
Ordering was easy, at the time I had a coupon code for a discount on international shipping because, let me tell you I would rather save on my money for shipping then pay any more than I have to! so luckily I had ordered when I did. Shipping was quick, nearly 2 weeks, and the packaging was nicely done so that everything was protected, and safe, because I had seen youtube videos on products arriving smashed up. The packaging itself for the product, is pretty, and a decent quality made, out of cardboard, it does have a good sized mirror though.
Onto the product itself, there are 10 eye shadows, with a mix of matte, and shimmer, all are pigmented, creamy and amazing to use. They blend out like butter on the eye, which is amazing due to how cheap this palette actually was. The four highlighters are also pretty decent, the third and second being my favourite every day ones to use. The second last mauve shade on the top row is a little chalky to use, compared to the rest of the shades, and I don't know why. But its still very workable and pigmented.
The only complaint is that some of the shades are a bit same, same, in this palette, a lot of mauves, and pinks, which is fine, but I thought they could have been a bit more creative on the colour aspects. I do like however how the highlighters can be used for eye shadows as well.
